For the employees – thank you very much!: these are the words used by our employees when they receive a tip from guests winning a gamble. There’s an old tradition in Germany: if you win on a number, you give the dealer a chip worth the same amount as your bet. These tips are used to pay all employees, meaning that they form the staff’s salary and not an extra bonus. We would be pleased if you accepted this ‘unwritten law’.

Tips are voluntary – if you decide to leave our employees a gratuity at another time when playing, that’s your decision alone – we’d of course be doubly glad, though!

We’re happy to answer all of your questions about the things happening in a casino. However, our staff at the tables don’t always have time to answer these questions on the spot. So, we invite you to talk to our other staff members not stationed at the tables: we’re always happy to help you and find the right person for you to speak to!
